Ingredients
- 1 can white beans (navy, great northern, cannellini)
- 1 Tbsp butter or olive oil
- 1.5 tsp boro salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp half + half, heavy cream, or whole milk, or a non-dairy substitute
- 1/4 tsp putz pepper (or black pepper)
Instructions
- Open and drain most of the bean liquid from can. Pour into a small saucepan with butter/olive oil, lemon juice, boro salt, and putz pepper.
- Cook for 5 minutes. Turn off heat.
- Add half + half. Stir well. Drizzle with extra olive oil to serve, if desired.
