Ingredients

  • ground meat
  • cc special (1.5-2 tsp per pound of meat)
  • butter or cooking oil (tallow is great)
  • cheese, bun, and other burger fixin's as desired

Instructions

  1. Season meat with cc special
  2. Form into desired number of patties
  3. Heat a skillet over medium to medium-high heat. Add butter or cooking oil, then burgers.
  4. Cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, until they reach an internal temp of 165 F
