- ground meat
- cc special (1.5-2 tsp per pound of meat)
- butter or cooking oil (tallow is great)
- cheese, bun, and other burger fixin's as desired
- Season meat with cc special
- Form into desired number of patties
- Heat a skillet over medium to medium-high heat. Add butter or cooking oil, then burgers.
- Cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, until they reach an internal temp of 165 F
