All the flavor and cheesy goodness of a cheesesteak, but on a crunchy fresh lettuce wrap. Also great on a roll or in a bowl, if you prefer! You can also add extra toppings - pickled or sauteed onions or peppers, mushrooms, hot sauce, tomatoes, etc... for extra complexity according to your taste.

Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
2 .5 tsp cc special
2 Tbsp cooking fat (butter, olive oil, ghee, bacon fat, etc...)
cheese (a melty one, whatever you prefer! provolone or american are traditional, but we also love monterey or pepper jack!)
lettuce leaves (romaine, green leaf, etc... one with medium-large crunchy leaves)
Toppings as desired (pickled/sauteed onions or peppers, hot sauce, mushrooms, etc...)
Instructions
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add cooking fat, ground chicken, and cc special.
- Brown meat.
- While meat is browning, grate or slice cheese thinly. Rinse and dry lettuce leaves.
- Melt cheese on meat before assembling lettuce wraps.
