Simple to put together any morning using just 3 ingredients - ground meat, eggs, and our classic sage blend. Full of flavor, yet deliciously easy, and can be customized to your liking with onions, veggies, or cheese!

Ingredients
- Ground meat
- classic sage blend (1.5 TBSP per pound of meat)
- Eggs
- Cooking oil or butter
Optional flavor boosters: Cheese, Cooked onions or veggies, Pickled peppers, etc...
Instructions
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add cooking oil/butter, then ground meat. Sprinkle with seasoning mix and begin to brown.
- After 3-5 minutes (once you start to get some good sizzle), begin to break up the meat to mix in the spices and stir.
- Continue to cook until meat if fully browned. Remove from skillet.
- Add extra cooking oil/butter, then crack eggs directly into skillet. Season with salt (or other seasoning blend).
- Begin to mix yolks and whites. When eggs are about halfway cooked, add desired amount of cooked sausage and any other ingredients, then scramble well.
- Continue cooking until eggs are set and ingredients are heated through.
