faco belle beef fajitas

We were working last weekend and realized we just needed some fajitas. Thank goodness forΒ faco belle (and HEB) making it easy, quick, and perfectly delicious!

faco belle beef fajitas

Ingredients

beef (flank or skirt steak works best)
faco belle, 1-1.5 Tbsp/pound of meat
onion
bell peppers

Fixings: tortillas, cheese, avocado, beans, lime, pico, hot sauce, etc...

Instructions

  1. Season meat on both sides with faco belle, about 1-1.5 Tbsp per pound of meat. Allow to sit on a plate at room temp for about 20 minutes, while you prep everything else!
  2. Slice onions and peppers. Shred cheese, slice avocado and lime, etc...
  3. Heat a heavy bottom skillet or cast iron over medium-high heat. Cook beef until seared on both sides and heated to desired temperature (about 4-5 minutes/side). Remove from pan and set aside on a plate to rest.
  4. Add onions to pan, cooking for 2-3 minutes. Add peppers, cooking with onion for 3-5 minutes, until peppers just start to soften and brown at edges.
  5. Slice meat and serve!
