Ingredients

  • 1 lb green beans
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
  2. Rinse and snap stem ends off green beans.
  3. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roast for 20-30 minutes, until slightly browned and crispy on edges.
