italian sausage pasta salad
This italian sausage-spiced pasta salad is clutch on a hot summer day. Simply use our italian sausage blend to season your favorite ground meat, then add your veggies and whatever other tasty additions your heart desires.
- ground meat
- italian sausage blend (1.5 TBSP per pound meat)
- vegetables of choice (tomatoes, cucumber, zucchini, carrot, broccoli, etc...)
- flavor boosters (olives, cheese, nuts or seeds, capers, pickled peppers, etc...)
- pasta
- Cook pasta according to package, then rinse under cold water and allow to cool.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add butter or cooking oil. Add ground meat, then sprinkle with italian sausage blend (1.5 TBSP per 1 lb meat).
- Cook until meat is browned. Remove from heat.
- Chop veggies and other pasta salad ingredients.
- Assemble your salad and enjoy! Can also prepare ahead and refrigerate for a quick lunch or snack.
