kiawah sauce

Inspired by the amazing roadside farm stands on Kiawah Island, SC! This simple sauce is only 4 ingredients and is finished in about 30 minutes. The gorgeous bright orange color here is the product of a yellow tomato, but if you use a red tomato it will be just as delicious - only redder. The creamy texture comes from the olive oil and cooked vegetables, no dairy here.

kiawah sauce is great on pasta, chicken, and veggies! It's an amazing dipping sauce, for bread or potatoes or nuggets or anything else you'd want to dip.

The recipe here makes enough for about 2 hungry people. Scale up as desired!
