The combo of creamy, ripe mango with bright, juicy green grapes is so delightful! Add sugo salt and you've got a balanced, complex, unique, craveable fruit salad.

This recipe makes 1-2 servings, but we love to double or triple this one for an easy (but fun and surprising) dish to share with friends or family.

  1. Peel and cut mango into bite-sized pieces. Halve the green grapes (this allows the sugo to adhere to the cut centers).
  2. Toss fruit with 3/4 tsp sugo salt. Taste and add more sugo as desired!
