Matcha is a perfect pick-me-up. This recipe uses hemp milk and is lightly sweetened with honey or agave.

Ingredients
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 1-2 tbsp honey or agave nectar
- 1 1/4 c hemp milk (vanilla unsweetened) or other milk
- 1/2 c water
Instructions
- Whisk matcha with 1/4 c water in a small saucepan until there are no lumps.
- Add remaining 1/4 c water and milk. Heat over medium, stirring often, until steaming, but not boiling.
- Add honey/agave and stir until it has melted in to the tea.
- Divide between two cups and serve!
