Ingredients
- Mushrooms (baby bella, button, a mix - up to you!)
- Butter or other cooking oil
- medi mix (1+ tsp per 8oz mushrooms)
Instructions
- Slice mushrooms
- Add mushroom to dry pan and heat over medium heat, until mushrooms start to release moisture (3-5 minutes)
- Add about 1 TBSP butter or cooking oil, stirring to coat
- Season with medi mix (1+ tsp per 8 oz mushrooms)
- Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are lightly browned and cooked as desired (10-15 min)
- Taste and add extra medi mix if desired!
