Ingredients
2 carrots
3 celery ribs
1 onion (small-medium)
8 oz tomatoes
1 lb ground meat (or plant-based alternative)
1.5 Tbsp papi spice
2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Dice carrots, celery, onion, and tomatoes.
- Heat skillet over medium heat. Add 2 Tbsp olive oil, carrots, celery, and onion. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Add tomatoes. Cook 5 minutes.
- Push vegetables to side and add meat. Add 1.5 Tbsp papi spice. Brown meat, then stir together with vegetables and cook all together about 5 minutes.
