Ingredients
This recipe easily scales up. Make enough for a large group, or to keep in your fridge and use all week!
1/4 cup Olive oil
1 tsp papi spice
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp vinegar (white wine or red wine vinegar)
1+ tsp honey
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl. Shake/mix well. Store in a glass jar in the fridge.
- As the dressing sits, it will separate since it doesn't have any stabilizers (which keep store-bought dressings homogenous). Just shake again to re-emulsify before you use! If it's been refrigerated, allow to warm up or run under warm water to melt the olive oil.
