Ingredients

Broccoli or broccolini
papi spice
Butter or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375-400 F.
  2. Chop broccoli into florets or trim broccolini. Spread in a thin layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Season with about 2 tsp papi spice per pound of broccoli, then drizzle with olive oil or top with a few slices of butter.
  4. Roast until broccoli is cooked how you like, from 12-25 minutes depending on the size of your florets and if you like it crunchier or softer. Check after 10 minutes and then keep going until it's done!
