papi spice
Ground meat or plant-based alternative
butter or cooking fat

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high. Add butter, tallow, or cooking fat of choice, then add ground meat.
  2. Season with 1.5 TBSP papi spice per pound of ground meat or plant-based protein.
  3. Cook until browned.
