ranch chicken is an easy way to (literally) spice up your usual chicken routine. However you prefer to cook it, whichever cut is your favorite... simply season the chicken with ranch it up seasoning prior to cooking.Β
We give instructions for pan-cooking in a skillet below, but don't let us stop you from grilling, roasting, or air frying.
- chicken (any cut you prefer, or a plant-based alternative)
- ranch it up
- Season the chicken all over with ranch it up seasoning, using about 1 1/2 Tbsp per pound of chicken.
- Cook as desired! Continue along below to follow our instructions for pan-cooking in a skillet (our go-to method).
- Heat a skillet over medium-high. Add 1-2 Tbsp of your desired cooking fat. Add seasoned meat. Cook for 5-8 minutes on the first side. Flip, and repeat on the other side. Cook time will depend on how thick the pieces are - until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 F.
