Salmon is one of those things we keep on hand for a quick meal. Individually frozen fillets thaw in about 30 minutes using ourΒ quick-thaw method and pack a lot of protein even in a small serving. This version is seasoned with cc special and putz pepper for flavorful, but versatile, fish that pairs well with pretty much anything else.Β 

Great to make for 1 person or a whole group! Broiling the salmon keeps the fish smell down and makes things easy, almost foolproof.Β

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (if you have it). Place salmon on top.
  2. Season salmon liberally with cc special and putz pepper; we never measure, but if you need a measurement... about 1/3 tsp cc special and 1/8-1/4 tsp putz pepper.
  3. Broil for 11-13 minutes, or until internal temp is 145 F.
