Broccolini has become one of my favorite vegetables, but ranch it up seasoning makes it even better. Simple, flavorful, versatile... sauteed ranch broccolini was even a part of our Thanksgiving meal!Β
Sauteing the broccolini cooks it while keeping some crunch to the texture, which we love.

ranch it up seasoning (about 1.5 tsp/bunch)
olive oil (about 1 tsp/bunch)
- Trim any dry ends off the broccolini.
- Toss with olive oil, then sprinkle with ranch it up (about 1.5 tsp/bunch) and toss again to season evenly.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high and saute the broccolini until cooked as desired. I like mine slightly softened and browned at the edges, 3-5 minutes per side.
- Sprinkle with extra ranch it up to serve. A little spritz of lemon juice can also be super yummy!
