1 lb ground meat (or plant-based alternative)
1.5 Tbsp savory sausage
cooking fat
- Mix meat well with spices.
- Form into patties. This is flexible depending on the serving size you want, but just make sure they are all about 1/2" thick.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add cooking fat.
