Ingredients

This recipe easily scales up! We normally make 3-4 lbs at a time.

1 lb ground meat (or plant-based alternative)

1.5 Tbsp savory sausage

cooking fat

Instructions

  1. Mix meat well with spices.
  2. Form into patties. This is flexible depending on the serving size you want, but just make sure they are all about 1/2" thick.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add cooking fat.
  4. Add 1 layer of sausage patties to the pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes per side, until internal temperature hits 165 F.
  5. Continue until all patties are cooked.
