Another favorite snack! I often keep one of these in my bag. A combination of seeds, nuts, and unsweetened dried fruits. The snack pack above includes: roasted almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, figs, prunes, dried apples and cherries, and freeze-dried strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. A great way to get some extra protein and fiber, plus some healthy carbs to keep you fueled.

Ingredients

  • Dried fruit:Β dried apples,Β raisins,Β figs,Β prunes,Β dried cherries,Β dried strawberries,Β dried bananasΒ (unsweetened, unsulfured if possible!)
  • Freeze-dried fruit:Β freeze-dried berries,Β freeze-dried bananas, etc…
  • Nuts:Β almonds,Β cashews,Β macadamia nuts,Β brazil nuts,Β hazelnuts,Β peanuts
  • Seeds:Β sunflower seeds,Β pumpkin seeds

Instructions

Combine desired fruits, nuts, and seeds in your favorite reusable container.
