Ingredients
- chicken (any cut will work, though we prefer something boneless for this recipe) or a plant-based substitute
- veggie umami
- sugo salt
- any noodle box mix of your choice
Instructions
- Cut chicken into pieces, if desired (or you can cook in larger pieces). Season chicken all over with veggie umami and sugo salt. We normally use about 2x as much veggie umami as sugo salt, but we never measure.
- Heat a skillet over medium/medium-high heat. Add cooking fat. Heat the chicken on the first side for about 5 minutes, until browned. Flip and continue cooking until it reaches 165 F internally.
- While chicken is cooking, prepare your noodles.
