So simple to whip up with our chia pudding mix, this chia pudding is great for a snack or as part of a fiber-filled breakfast to your day. With lots of healthy fats and micronutrients as well, we find this dish to be satisfying physically, mentally, and to our taste buds.

We love vanilla chia pudding with blueberries and cinnamon in the morning, with dried fruit and coconut in the afternoon, or with some nuts and dark chocolate for an evening snack.

Instructions

  1. Mix contents of chia pudding packet with 2/3 cup milk of choice.
  2. Refrigerate and allow to absorb for at least 1 hour, but best overnight.
