- papi spice (about 1/2 tsp per piece, depending on preference and size of fillet)
- parchment paper
- baking pan
- Line your baking pan with parchment paper, then place the salmon fillets on the parchment.
- Season each fillet generously with papi spice (about 1/2 tsp per fillet). If using skinless, season both sides. If the salmon has skin, put the skin side down and only season the top (use a little extra seasoning on top, if so).
