With just 4 simple ingredients, these meatballs come together quickly and are a winner every time! This easy protein-rich dish features papi spice for lots of zesty, savory, satisfying flavor. Make multiple pounds of meatballs at once for efficient food prep, then freeze them to eat whenever! These reheat very well, even from frozen.

Ingredients

1.5 Tbsp papi spice

1 lb ground meat (beef, chicken, pork, turkey, bison, etc...)

1 egg

1/4 c breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Combine papi spice with egg in a medium bowl and mix well.
  3. Add meat and breadcrumbs. Mix until evenly combined.
  4. Form into balls and put on a parchment-lined baking sheet. I like to make them about golf ball size, but you do you!
  5. Cook meatballs for 25+ minutes, depending on size, until they reach an internal temperature of 165 F.
