Pan sear or broil for a quick, easy weeknight meal using blackened seasoning! Also amazing in fish tacos.

Instructions
Sprinkle both sides of the fish with blackened seasoning, then cook as desired.
TO PAN SEAR:
- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat
- Add oil of your choice, then seasoned mahi
- Cook for 4-6 minutes on first side, then flip and cook for 3-5 minutes on the other side (until internal temperature is 145 F). Top with pat of butter just before it is finished (if desired)
TO BROIL:
- Turn oven on to Broil (High, if there is an option)
- Place seasoned mahi on parchment-coated backing sheet, then top with pat of butter
- Broil for about 6 minutes, flip, and continue broiling another 6 minutes, or until internal temperature is 145 F
