Just blackened seasoning + salmon! Easy to make for one (or a group), broiled to reduce the fishy smell, and great paired with a wide variety of other dishes. This one's a staple in our houses!

Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, the put the salmon on the parchment.
- Season the salmon with about 1/2 tsp blackened seasoning per fillet.
- Broil for about 13 minutes, or until the salmon has reached an internal temperature of 145 F.
