Ingredients

  • chicken legs
  • herbs
  • spices
  • lemon
  • pepper
  • salt
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F
  2. Pat dry. Place chicken in a roasting pan.
  3. Season chicken on all sides (check seasoning blend for suggested use per pound of meat).
  4. Roast at 450 F for 20 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to 350 F and cook for another 20 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat to 250. Continue cooking for 15+ minutes until skin is golden brown and the internal temperature is 165 F.
