- chicken legs
- herbs
- spices

- Preheat oven to 450 F
- Pat dry. Place chicken in a roasting pan.
- Season chicken on all sides (check seasoning blend for suggested use per pound of meat).
- Roast at 450 F for 20 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350 F and cook for another 20 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 250. Continue cooking for 15+ minutes until skin is golden brown and the internal temperature is 165 F.
