We like to call punch no. 7 "jungle bird", made with hibiscus, citrus, ginger, and other botanicals for extra complexity. This one is fruity and citrusy, with subtle balanced florals and hints of spice for depth.
Made with pineapple juice, it's tropical and tiki. Made with pear juice, it's subtler and reminiscent of our favorite jamaica aqua fresca in Mexico City. Play around and find your ideal punch no. 7!
To prepare:Β Combine 8 oz apple juice + 8 oz water with contents of punch pouch and bring to a boil. Allow to cool slightly, then pour into a jar and refrigerate overnight. Strain with a fine mesh strainer, a tea strainer, or cheesecloth. Best if used within 5 days.
